What you will be doing:
- Work hand in hand with the CEO and the GTM team on various topics along the entire customer lifecycle including sales, customer success and customers support
- Help build the GTM function from ground up including defining and refining processes, approach and materials
- Conduct live product demonstrations for potential inbound customers
- Handle customer relationships from plan selection to invoicing and account setup
- Be the 11x advocate for our existing customers and ensure we deliver a best in class product and service eg during onboarding, live phase, renewal
- Maintain and manage ongoing customer relationships and oversee contract renewals
