TL;DR: 11x has secured a $24 million Series A funding round led by Benchmark to accelerate the development of our AI-powered digital workers, expand our global footprint, and accelerate us towards our mission of unlocking human productivity at scale.
Over the past two decades, the landscape of Go-to-Market (GTM) tools has become increasingly fragmented. The proliferation of specialized software—from CRMs and marketing automation platforms to sales engagement tools and data enrichment services—has burdened revenue teams with integration and maintenance challenges.
The traditional model of piling on specialized GTM software has led to fragmented systems and bloated operational costs. Each new tool often requires its own set of integrations, maintenance, and training, ultimately eliminating any efficiency gains these tools were supposed to provide.
Instead of adding yet another tool to your crowded tech stack, we’re offering a different approach—we sell work.
Our solution is to provide AI-powered digital workers that autonomously execute workflows traditionally performed by employees in GTM teams. By unbundling these tasks and focusing on delivering tangible work outputs, we enable your organization to operate more efficiently and cost-effectively.
In essence, we’re not just providing software tools that you have to manage—we’re delivering a workforce that produces results. By selling work instead of software, we’re at the forefront of a SaaS transformation that prioritizes outcomes over tools.
Our mission began with the launch of Alice, our AI-powered Sales Development Representative (SDR) who automates prospecting, multichannel engagement, and personalization at scale. By handling lead generation, research, and outreach, Alice enables companies to effortlessly scale their sales efforts, achieving up to 3x higher response rates compared to human SDRs.
Building on that success, we’ve recently introduced Jordan, an AI phone representative focused on inbound lead qualification and consented outbound calling. Jordan autonomously handles inbound and outbound calls 24/7, scaling instantly to meet your needs without the limitations of human reps. With the ability to speak over 30 languages, tailor conversations to your brand, and execute follow-ups like updating your CRM or scheduling meetings, Jordan has 10x’d customers’ speed to inbound lead follow-up.
With this new funding, we’ll accelerate our product development pipeline, expand our team, and enhance our global market presence—particularly in the U.S., where we’ve recently relocated our headquarters to San Francisco.
We believe that in the next two years, digital workers will become a regular part of how companies around the world operate. This investment brings us closer to our mission of unlocking human productivity at scale.
