Today we're launching Scout List, a new way to find prospects based on the signals that matter for your business. A new plant, a recent acquisition or a leadership change can give your team a reason to reach out. Scout List helps you find those buyers while the change is still relevant to your campaign.

Describe who you want to reach in plain English. Scout List uses AI to turn that description into a search, drawing on millions of data points, your CRM, de-anonymized visitors to your website, and live web research. Often, it is at the intersection of all these different data sources that you're able to find the real signal from the noise.

The results come back in a structured list, with each detail your team needs to personalize its outreach.

Where database filters fall short

Building a prospect list has been the same for as long as we can remember. You pick filters in a database and pull a static list. Then you export it and spend hours enriching records and checking fit by hand.

The search itself is limited to the fields in that database. If the details that matter to your campaign aren't there, you have to find them yourself.

McKinsey’s 2026 B2B Pulse surveyed nearly 4,000 B2B decision-makers. Companies that grew market share by more than 10% in the past year were four times as likely as their peers to personalize one-to-one, with engagement that reflects account context, buying history and behavioral signals. To personalize outreach that way, your team needs those account details on its prospect list. Scout List gathers them as it builds.

Describe who you want to reach

With Scout List, you start from the strategy. Describe the audience the way you’d brief your internal team: role, seniority, company size, revenue, industry and geography. Then go further.

  • Use standard signals like technographics, hiring posts, funding announcements.
  • Layer on if someone from the company has spent time on your website.
  • Have an agent visit the prospect’s website and see if they have an ecommerce flow.
  • Specify who to leave out, such as agencies or companies outside your size range.
  • Load in a summary of any recent activity from your CRM.

You can choose a lead list for people or an account list for companies.

For example:

Find VPs of Procurement at US manufacturers with more than 5,000 employees that opened a new plant in the last 12 months and are hiring supply chain managers. Exclude contract manufacturers and anyone who started their role less than six months ago. For anyone we've spoken to before, include the notes from our last CRM activity.

Scout List turns that description into a search plan you can review and adjust in chat. It searches for matching people and companies using its data sources and your first-party data. You can find new prospects or start with records you already have in a CSV, your CRM, website visitor data or G2 buyer intent data.

Research beyond the database

Some campaigns need more specific criteria, such as a recent acquisition or an expansion into Europe. Include those in your description, and Scout List researches them for each prospect.

When the information isn't in a database, Scout List browses the company's website and follows relevant pages to find it. That might mean finding a new office listed on a careers page or an acquisition announcement in the press room.

Before the list is built, you can review and edit the qualification criteria Scout List creates from your description, including exclusions. It checks every candidate against those criteria and marks the ones that pass as qualified. Dive into any result to see each rule, the information used to check it and the result.

Choose the data your campaign needs

Choose from dozens of built-in fields, including contact details, revenue, industry and location. Scout List checks several data providers in a waterfall to fill them and verifies email addresses. Add custom columns for anything else you need, and Scout List researches those as it builds the list, saving you a separate enrichment step.

An SDR can build a contact list for outbound outreach, while a RevOps team can use its own criteria to decide which accounts belong on the list.

Use the list in a campaign

Export the finished list or use it directly as a campaign audience. Only qualified leads are enrolled.

A running campaign can automatically add new qualified leads as they're added to the list, without another import or relaunch. Each lead's data carries over to the campaign as a snapshot from when the row was built. If the campaign runs short of leads, it asks the list to find more.

Try Scout List

Scout List supplies the researched, qualified audience for our AI agents, which work alongside enterprise sales teams across inbound, outbound and expansion. Your team stays in charge of each deal.
