Every revenue leader I talk to is under extreme pressure to grow faster without increasing spend.
And every one of them has no shortage of ideas. There’s a new market they want to test. An old deal they think deserves another conversation. A group of customers who might benefit from another product, if someone had the time to ask. Reviving old deals, and leads that came in at the wrong time and never heard from you again. Or building new signals to find prospects that are ready to buy that never get explored.
Finding the capacity to pursue those ideas is hard. Each one competes with something the team already has to do. Some need another hire. Others take months to get off the ground. Most don’t even get tried.
There is no final playbook for growth. Customers change, markets move, and what worked last year may stop working tomorrow. Teams need room to experiment, learn, and try again.
We’ve come to believe that helping teams act on more of those ideas is one of the most useful things we can build. That’s what we want 11x to help do.
We started with an outbound agent. It made cold outbound easier to scale. Then customers pointed it at other plays: following up after events, nurturing marketing leads, and reopening old opportunities. Today, it brings prospecting, research, and outreach together across email, social, and the calls your reps make.
It also got smarter as more campaigns ran, more emails were written, and more conversations happened. A year ago it followed the instructions you gave it to a tee. Now it helps you decide what to try and how to run it. It will tell you when your audience is too broad, when nobody will reply to your offer, and how to find the perfect insight in a mountain of research to get the best results.
Every new experiment gets faster to plan, run, and improve, but outbound was just the beginning.
Then conversational voice agents opened up an entire new category of possibilities.
We built the first voice agent optimized specifically for revenue workflows, handling inbound and consented outbound conversations.
Sales conversations ask a lot of a voice agent. The buyer may still be deciding whether they have a problem worth solving, whether your product could help, and whether the conversation is worth their time.
The voice agent has to earn every second of the call.
It needs to be intelligent enough to understand an unexpected answer and ask a useful follow-up, fast enough to keep the conversation flowing, and charming enough to make someone comfortable explaining what they actually need. A customer might ask about one product and reveal a need for another. They might raise an objection that changes the conversation. The agent has to listen, recognize what matters, and know what to explore next.
Over the last nine months, customers began entrusting our voice agents with entire revenue workflows.
Expansion. Fortune 1000 companies use them to call tens of thousands of small-business customers, looking for upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The agent asks how the customer uses the product, learns what has changed, and finds out whether another product would help. When a deal needs a salesperson, it hands off with the context already gathered.
Individually, many of these customers don’t justify regular calls from an account manager, so the company knows relatively little about what they might need next. But together they're a meaningful opportunity.
Inbound. Large public companies now replace their inbound lead qualification with our voice and chat agents that qualify prospects, conduct discovery, and book meetings. A visitor to a website is engaged with a real-time chatbot that uses their browsing behavior and referral source to personalize the interaction and drive towards a qualified meeting. A prospect who submits a contact-sales form gets a callback from a voice agent within a minute to do the same thing, even if it is after-hours or on weekends. If the prospect does not answer, agents follow up across SMS, WhatsApp, and email, continuing the conversation on the channel the prospect prefers.
That has given us a broader ambition for 11x: helping revenue teams accelerate growth by finding new customers, converting demand the moment it shows up, and growing the accounts they already have.
We're building these motions to feed each other. Every inbound conversation should sharpen who you target in outbound campaigns. Every account ready to expand should change the qualification criteria.
People bring the judgment: where to focus, what to offer, which relationships need their attention. Our job is to give them the capacity to do that.
There is always another way to grow. We want to help you find it and bring it to life.
