A one-person outbound function with no room to scale

Christian runs outbound for all regions, largely on his own. Before 11x, the work was relentless and almost entirely manual. Lead sourcing, research, and targeted messaging ate up close to five hours of every eight-hour day, and outreach stopped the moment his day ended.

The existing stack kept activity moving. HubSpot held the sequences, professional networks drove social selling, and supporting tools filled the gaps. What it could not do was add speed or volume. Brainsuite wanted to raise its SDR targets and push more pipeline through more channels, without hiring a bigger team to get there.

In its first 90 days, 11x influenced over $315K in pipeline for Brainsuite, with pipeline up more than 30% and the first sourced deals now in late-stage review. For an early program, speed to pipeline is the proof point.

At OMR 2026, one of Germany's largest digital marketing events, half of their booked booth meetings came from 11x outreach, the single largest source. Professional network requests were widely accepted, widening Christian's network and giving his content more of an audience. And with deliverability scaled, emails reach inboxes rather than spam folders, so volume actually converts to conversations.


A higher-value SDR motion, and internal buy-in

Sourcing and follow-ups moved from manual to automated, the SDR motion shifted toward qualified conversations, and AEs and management now see consistent, higher-quality leads coming through.
