Telling a new category's story at scale was impossible manually

Workera operates in a category it's actively creating. Verified skills intelligence isn't a neatly defined market, and the buyers they need to reach are enterprise HR and Learning and Development (L&D) leaders who are still warming up to a new way of thinking about their workforce. In that context, every outbound touchpoint has to carry weight, and generic sequences with swapped company names simply don't land.

Before Alice, the SDR team was utilizing AI to augment their research and messaging writing capability, but the process was time intensive.  For a lean team trying to tell a nuanced story at scale, the manual process created a hard ceiling on how far they could reach.

When a rep flags a target account showing intent, Workera can pull contacts from Salesforce, build a sequence, and launch in under 30 minutes. What used to require hours of SDR research and setup now happens before the next standup, giving the team a significant speed advantage.
